This example mini-application is to enable you to
access a pinboard file and an appropriate screen
mode with a single double-click.
It is a specimen application you can copy and rename
to suit your needs.
The program, such that it is, is shareware.
If you want, for example, a special set-up for working
on web pages, you could copy/rename the application as
!HTML.
Then, opening the application directory with a
Shift/double-click, edit the file Mode so that the
screen resolution you want to use is the one that is
uncommented, that is, with the 'pipe' character (|)
removed.
Then double-click on that Mode file to get into that
screen mode, set up your pinboard how you would like
it for web page work, and then save the Pinboard file
into the application directory from the desktop Pinboard
Save option.
Then, double-clicking on the !HTML application icon will
put you into that screen mode and load the appropriate
pinboard.
I keep my pinboard application folder in the bottom
left position on all my pinboards, and it is here where
the different pinboard applications reside.
The application icon sprite is renamed automatically by
the Boot file, and this file, !Sprites, can be edited in
Paint to have a different coloured pin-head for each
different mini-application you create if you so wish.
